Paul will use this information to determine available openings for your first session. Once you both submit your intake forms, Paul will send you 3 possible dates. It is expected that you will choose one of those. As Paul's practice is very busy, it is important that you make the time necessary to come in. Be flexible.

We are available any day, any time. We will make it work!

We are only available in the mornings (10am-1pm)

We are only available in the early afternoons (1pm-4pm)

We are only available late afternoons (after 5pm)

In Person or Video? *

Important - first session is 90 minutes, whether it is in person or virtual. For the next handful of session they will likely be 90 minutes as well, but will be determined by Paul from a clinical perspective.
