Hourly rate for couples counselling - $221
Rate for individual counselling, 45 minutes - $178
If you cannot afford these fees and don’t have any insurance coverage, I am pleased to offer limited spots for reduced fees. These spots are for virtual only and only during the day - no late afternoons or evenings. Please reach out to me to inquire further about these reduced fee options.
With highly conflicted couples, or those dealing with infidelity, complete communication breakdown, emotional disconnection and/or seriously considering ending the relationship, 90 minute session weekly are required for the first month or so. After which sessions will be spread out to bi-weekly. Further discussion on moving to 60 minute monthly sessions will be had.
If you are not looking for regular therapy but rather a single session or two, just to learn a technique or two to help with communication, love languages or fair fighting rules, these sessions will be one hour long and can be booked as required.
